European Research and Innovation Days ASEAN 2022 is the annual flagship event of EURAXESS ASEAN. It brings together policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs, citizen scientists and the public to debate and shape the future of research and innovation in Europe and beyond.
Taking place virtually from 2 to 11 November 2022, European Research and Innovation Days ASEAN this year engages with the twin transition of green and digital in ASEAN and EU, shining the spotlight on the creation of a circular economy, on leveraging digital transformation to contribute to cutting emissions and moving towards the sustainable development goals.
Over two-weeks, the event will discuss topics ranging from the challenges of energy transition and digitalization for sustainable development, public-private partnerships for green and digital innovations, ASEAN-EU digital collaborations, the transformative effect of science, to digitalization and global health.
This year, EURAXESS ASEAN has involved AI in the making of their EUR&I Days ASEAN brand identity. The event’s key art you see above was co-created by AI and a designer, resulting in a vision of what our future could look like – green open fields and state-of-the-art climate friendly architecture powered by solar energy.
