The Embassy of France to Thailand, in partnership with the Embassy of Japan to Thailand and ESCAP, is pleased to invite you to a series of online events as part of the Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development, from 22 to 24 March.
In the light of the alarming figures on climate change, emerging pollutants, biodiversity and health in the Asia-Pacific region, these four events will focus on crucial current environmental stakes, urging policy makers to implement concrete actions on ground. Side events are organized in the margins of the 2021 APFSD, on the theme “Sustainable and resilient recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic in Asia and the Pacific”. APFSD is an annual and inclusive intergovernmental forum and a regional platform for supporting countries in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, while serving as a regional preparatory meeting to the high-level political forum.
