Agriculture is a key contributor to economic development and employment across ASEAN, contributing 8% of GDP in Thailand. Governments across the region have been investing in smart farming or Agritech to uplift farm productivity and build onshore food security.
The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated Agritech adoption as export restrictions and global lockdowns affected the global food supply chain.
We will bring together UK companies specialising in vertical farming using machine learning and deep learning AI, farming operation, hydroponics, biogas plant, aquaculture, natural biotechnology, etc. Each UK company will be given approximately 10 minutes to present their company. We hope to send a list of UK Agri-Tech companies to everyone registering for the webinar before the date. As a result, you can drop by whenever the company you are interested in is presenting.
This webinar will provide an opportunity for Thai companies to meet and explore the possibility of collaborating with UK Agri-Tech companies. You will hear success stories, new technologies and solutions directly from UK companies presenting through this webinar.
