Session one: Beyond health: Malaria is a society-wide development challenge whose solution must also be multi-sectoral, and not just medical.
Session two: Accessible and reliable health systems are essential: Strong health systems with health workers at every level who are equipped are the foundation of malaria control and elimination.
Session three: Leadership: Malaria control and elimination require multisector leadership at the local, national, and global levels.
Session four: Learning: Confronting malaria requires constant learning and innovation, including through the responsive use of real-time data.
